Vineland researcher looking for input from tomato growers

Vineland Research and Innovation Centre is looking for tomato growers interested in participating in a project to create value-added ingredients from produce waste streams.

Participation would involve a brief interview with the researcher who is investigating opportunities to generate funds from waste products.
