Tomato Arbitration
The Award was in favour of Heinz. The Heinz 2010 price for tomatoes for paste will therefore be $93.65/ton. Reasons for the decision are expected within the next two weeks, after which the submissions of both parties plus the written reasons for the decision will be forwarded to all tomato growers.

Congratulations to the Leamington Area Drip Irrigation group (LADI) for being awarded the Premier’s Award for Agri-Innovation Excellence on April 12, 2010.
