Cucumber Arbitration
The decision of the arbitrator has been received and the final offer of HBI/Strubs was selected.
As such, minimum prices for 2012 are as follows:

Where the processor requires a split planting, the minimum price to be paid every grower for all HAND HARVEST cucumbers produced in Ontario during the year 2012 purchased, received and graded for processing f.o.b. factory receiving station August 6 and after shall be according to the following size ranges:

In addition, with respect to Option B, the price of #4's and nubs and crooks is now $30/ton ($60/ton in 2011).
