Parking:
Due to parking being at capacity last year beside the hotel as well as across the street, additional parking is available on York Street across the street from the Convention Centre as well as underground parking on York Street attached to the Convention Centre.

Local Restaurant Information:
Again this year the conference program allows for one free evening following the silent auction to have dinner on your own. a list of area restaurants has been compiled for your reference but don’t forget there is plenty of both hot and cold hors d’oeuvres served during the auction.

Sponsorship Opportunities:
The Planning Committee will continue to offer an Elite Sponsorship Program where industry suppliers are invited to sponsor specific activities/events at the Conference and in return receive special recognition for their contribution. This is an excellent opportunity for industry suppliers to target a significant number of their customers in one place, at one time. In addition, for those who are interested, we are also accepting donations for the Silent Auction, the proceeds of which are used to fund bursaries awarded to students pursuing a career in any aspect of the processing vegetable industry. The average gift value for auction donations is between $250-$600. Unfortunately we cannot accept any company logo merchandise. Through generous sponsor donations we were successful in raising just over $12,000 at this year’s auction. This allows the OPVG and the OFPA to offer up to six-$2,000 bursaries to students this fall. Applicants must be a resident of Ontario and registered as a full-time student at college or university entering the second, third or fourth year of study. The opportunity also exists to have a display booth for the duration of the Conference. Please complete and return the enclosed form to our office by December 15th in order that appropriate arrangements can be made. Elite sponsors have first choice of display area.
